I added an item to the shopping cart, now how can I check out ?

The shopping cart will not work with my computer. What do I do?
- In order for the Shopping Cart to keep track of your items "cookies" need to be enabled on your web browser.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer do the following: Tools -

I don't trust the internet. Can I print out and mail or fax an order to you ?I

Step 3 in our new online shopping cart presents the option of either paying online or printing your order.
Once printed you may fax or mail the order to us.
How much will shipping cost ?

Our shopping cart system can calculate shipping costs to most places in
the world if you simply enter your address. This amount is
clearly shown before any payment information is requested and you may
cancel the order if you are not happy about the cost. For
large
weight orders you may send us a shipping cost request
and we will email a reply as quickly as
possible. Note - we can not calculate and
quote shipping costs over the phone.

Do you ship C.O.D. ?
- No, we do not ship C.O.D.
I don't have a credit card, can I still place an order?
- Yes, you can send an International Money Orders as payment.
At the 3rd step of the order process you can select to place your order
by "mail order or fax." Simply click this print off the order form and
send it in your international money order.
Who is responsible if my government charges me taxes or duties ?
- Nobody
likes taxes and government fees. However you are obliged as a
citizen of your country to pay charges imposed by your government.
Why is the product I received not 100% identical to what is on the website?
We take great effort in being sure the product information on our website is 100% accurate when we add each new product.
However
the reality is that manufacturers change their products from time to
time and there is no way we can predict this with the 1000's of items
we sell.
Therefore this message is clearly shown on the bottom of each product page ---
"All manufacturers’ specifications subject to change without notice. "
How long have you been in business ?
- We opened our store in June of 1980, and we started our web site in April 1996.
Why has my order been put on hold ? -
To protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud on the
internet, we use the AVS (address verification system) to match credit
card numbers and security codes with customers.
Unfortunately, some banks do not provide up to date data for the AVS system.
In cases where we can not get a 100% AVS confirmation, we request that
you either send us the phone number of your credit card company (usually printed on the card) or fax a clear photocopy of both sides of your credit card so that we
can verify that you are the true card owner.
This prevents unauthorized persons from using your card number to place an order.
Our fax number is 519-451-9341. (faxes are far more secure than
email - never email your credit card number to anyone)
Another
option you may choose is to print a copy of your order and mail it
along with an international money order to our address shown below.
